    Job Description

    Will be responsible for the following

    1. Lead Generation

    2. Sales Strategy for his Region - product mix, client base & GTM for his markets

    3. Channel development - to help drive sales & generate leads. Also help with fulfillment going forward
    4. Lead generation to conversion manage the journey

    5. Complete road map of activity for delivering numbers

    KPI(Key performance indicator)

    1. Product wise sales target and achievement for the FY month wise for his region

    2. Market coverage plans monthly calendar & weekly reports. Lead generation and conversions to be pre defined.

    3. Managing the entire lead generation pipeline product wise monitoring the same - designing and managing campaigns both online and offline

    Required Candidate profile

    Age - 25 - 35 years

    Qualification - Engineer with MBA in Mkt (from IT industry enterprise sales background)

    Experience - 3 to 10 years in sales in a IT company - understanding of the SAP & Microsoft solutions space will really help
