TRADE / CHANNEL SALES JOHNSON BATH PRODUCT (JBD):
Sale of Sanitaryware and CP fittings through dealers and sub dealers.
* Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers
and converting them into our fold for deeper market penetration and
* Evaluating performance & monitoring marketing activities.
* Monitoring dealers' sales and marketing activities; implementing
effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets.
* Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of
Channel Partners across assigned territories.
* Identifying major dealers and ensuring proper service to them in terms
of material requirements and after sales services.
* Detailed counter profiling for existing dealers / sub-dealers and assessing
their potential for low-end and high-end products.
* Exploring new business potential & opportunities to secure profitable
Sales and Marketing
* Managing the sales operations and accountable for increasing sales
* Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view on market trends.
* Developing and implementing Marketing Plans with focus on planning for
Advertisements, and other Promotional activities.
* Ensuring effective Merchandising and Display to enhance product
visibility and drive volumes.
* Managing proper availability of products in the market.
* Providing assistance to channel partners by conducting counter staff
training programs ensuring seamless delivery to quality product &
service in the market.
* Coordinating the in-store promotional activities for new product
launches & special products. Organize dealer meets, contractor meets
on time to time basis
* Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements;
utilizing market feedback & personal network to develop marketing
intelligence for positioning the product.
* Controlling the debtors' management and realisation of payment within
due dates to increase and maintain free cash flow.
* Timely submission of reports as specified by the Corporate Sales Team.
