    CIB Tech strategic scorecard: includes


    a. Financial and headcount overviews: in line with existing business management responsibilities, sourced from HROrbit, ledger
    b. Developer ratio: process commit reports from various bitbucket-repos, integrate manual feed files, interact with stakeholders across domains, output visuals through PPT & think-cell
    c. Agility metric adoption: see below for agility metrics; cross-reference with application CTB data from dataCore
    d. Infra metrics: take from infra scorecard (see below)
    e. Risk & Control metrics: to be sourced from R&C team, R&C Tableaux interface, dbRIB
    f. People metrics: in line with headcount data above


    (2) CIB Infrastructure scorecard: includes
    a. Financial overview: RTB run rates, saves, deltas; all sourced from dbApptio and analysed in detail
    b. App decomm: own and report app decomm plans; work with Group Arch CPPS team on central planning; source data from NAR; work with domain CPPS-champions to update plans; cross-reference with dbApptio data for savings analysis
    c. SPARC, PaaS, TRC metrics: source and recut estate data from Marvin, OneMI, Waltz, R&C tableaux, dbRIB
    d. Utilisation metrics: Source util data from Marvin, cross-reference with dbApptio
    e. Other: other ad-hoc analyses, based on deep knowledge of key RTB data sources: Apptio, Marvin, OneMI


    (3) CIB Agility metrics: includes


    a. Check updates on Agility metrics on Confluence, cross-reference with individual JIRA-sources
    b. Support work on metric automation/visualisation to process JIRA-data, e.g., on story-point throughput, release frequency, lead times, etc


    (4) Group MB-1 scorecard: Submit select metrics from above to


    Group MB-1 scorecard to ledger through SAP-interface


    (5) Programme status: Potentially some addl reporting on programme status out of Clarity/dataCore but not defined yet
