-Minimum 5+ years experience in lead generation of B2B sales in e-Learning, or software Industry for US/Europe market.
-Effectively meeting assigned performance factors including first level presentations, qualified opportunities and pipeline management, service level mix and close ratio.
-Tracking details of lost opportunities to improve close ratio.
-Proven new business development hunting experience with demonstrated consistency.
-Positive and energetic phone, excellent listening and email marketing skills.
-Strong knowledge of the US market with experience of selling software and related technology solutions to businesses.
-Uses Internet and other resources to better understand clients industry and business needs.
-A natural self starter.
-Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
-Generating leads in international market - identify relevant contacts at a target organisation, cold calling them and establishing first contact; Pitch G-Cube Services and Products
-Plan approaches and pitches - Work in close coordination with
Inside sales/ Pre-Sales/Project teams to develop proposals for the clients
needs and objectives
-Participate in pricing the solution/service
-Creating and delivering Presentations, Proposals Response to EOI's, RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's for International Market
-Negotiation and Closure - through appropriately handling client queries and closing the deal
-Contract review with potential new clients
-Account Management - maintain relationship with international client through periodic calls and emails for repeat business opportunities. Conceiving and Pitching new concepts ideas solutions to existing customers
-Planning and Execution - Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by self. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales. Study the market
and competitors; identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
