    Job Responsibilities: Engaging with customers to understand their lifestyle and fitness requirements, suggesting fitness options based on their needs and ensuring closure of leads towards conversion Identifying zones/ localities with maximum demand for fitness studios and working closely with the Partner Management Team to maximise customer satisfaction Handling inbound and outbound communication with customers and addressing their queries Providing quality service to customers by giving fitness options based on their requirements, assisting in final purchase and addressing their concerns Working closely with the Technology Team to improve the website and applications basis feedback received from customers Prerequisites: Excellent oral/ written communication and listening skills Enthusiastic and selfmotivated individuals with the drive to achieve targets Customeroriented individuals who are able to think on their feet Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to thrive in a multitasking environment and prioritize effectively Sufficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel/ Word) .
