    Position: Associate Director / Sr. Manager - Delivery
    Job Location: Sector 125, Noida
    Qualification: Graduate Degree in Engineering from Tier 1 Institute
    Experience: 10-15 Years
    Notice Period: Immediate / 30 Days / 60 Days

    Job Description:

    Role Responsibilities:
    • To manage SaaS projects delivery based out of Noida
    • Total team size will be approximate 10-20 people
    • Manage a team of project managers to measure and control cost, schedule, effort and quality of various projects.
    • Participate in kick off of new projects, planning and execution.
    • Resource management / allocation / hiring.
    • Manage customer communication and conflicts through project managers or directly.

    Knowledge / Skills:
    • Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening and group facilitation.
    • Knowledge of Agile and Software lifecycle and tools such as Jira.
    • Strong customer interfacing and conflict resolution skills.
    • Good understanding of technology and latest industry trends.

    Work Experience:
    • 10-15 years of industry experience in managing projects (SAAS based)
    • Knowledge and experience in planning and execution of project from initial level.
    • Person must have worked as a delivery in either a Software Services organization or Internal IT organization of a non-IT firm.

    • Graduate Degree in Engineering from Tier 1 Institute.
