    Roles and responsibilities 

    • Drive B2B Sales and Account Management for Mystifly for new and existing customers in EMEA & Americas.
    • Use an analytical approach always to drive best conversion
    • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
    • Combine business knowledge, insights, statistical techniques and data mining techniques to identify trends within existing customers
    • Use a data-driven approach to identify, execute, and optimize new and existing customer opportunities
    • Identify & enable new opportunities from existing customers while driving new revenue & conversions from customers
    • Market new product features & new content additions at Mystifly by carrying out online & offline campaigns & interactions
    • Conduct customer and market research to support marketing initiatives and provide key insights to customers business
    • Measure, Review and report customer performance.

    Required Candidate profile

    • Graduate from a Tier I Educational Institute
    • Candidate should be hands on with quants and data crunching skills especially with MS office suite
    • Impeccable Communication and Interpersonal
    • Candidates from Airline, Travel and E-Commerce industry will be preferred.
    • Good organizational and analytical skills
    • Consistent track record in successfully managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
    • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and to manage key objectives and companys goals.
    • Highly organized and an ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
    • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market environment.
