    Achieve FF volume objectives.
    Help in achieve our share of SF potential by working with the OEM Parts & Service team and Total FWS/AM teams.
    Execute the OEM sales strategy.
    Have Key Account Plans for all the target OEMs.
    Develop relationship at all levels with the priority OEMs.
    Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy.
    Ensure that Total is the preferred lube co for all the development activities of priority OEMs.
    Keep up-to-date information on competition activities.
    Ensure all aspects of the companys Health and Safety Policy are adhered to.
    Manage Receivables with the help of HO OEM accounts manager.
    To support the Segment Manager/ AVP Tech & BD in the following activities:
    To conceptualise and submit marketing strategy for OEMs & Direct Sales Business to Segment Manager/ VP Sales
    To ensure proper business relations with OEMs and to work towards new genuine oil tie-ups with OEMs as per
    the directives of VP Sales
    To maintain accurate market information on direct sales business environment.
    To monitor new industrial products and ensure smooth supply of product dispatch from plants to depots and
    industrial customers.
    To maintain a clear and accurate knowledge of competition products and suggest the modification companys
    product range.
    To have a proactive approach with regard to the future requirement of the market and suggest changes /
    additions in the existing range of industrial products.
    To arrange the production of reports on specific market topics as may be necessary from time to time.
    To monitor the performance of OEM and to recommend training courses which would improve performance.
    -To ensure all elements of the QS 9000 Quality Policy are strictly implemented and adhered to.
    To appraise the performance of Executive OEM Relations.
