    Position : Automation of P2P process, MIS & Digitization


    Qualification : MCom/CA/ICWA


    Experience : 3 to 12 years


    Technical Qualification :

    Prior experience in SSC P2P process, exposure to transition of the activities to SSC, implementation of AP workflow, automate P2P by OCR and RPA, development of robust dashboard mechanism


    Computer skills :

    AP Workflow, SAP FI module, OCR & RPA


    Behavioural competencies :

    Good at team management, Self-starter, Self-motivated, confident, good interpersonal skills, effective communication skills both oral and written etc.


    Areas of exposure :

    Prior experience in Procure to Pay Process - Shared Services
    Exposure to implementation/Upgradation of the AP workflow
    Good knowledge in SAP FI Module
    Implementation of the automated tools such as OCR and RPA
    Knowledge of developing and automating SSC Dashboards and MIS


    Job Details :

    Purpose of the position :

    Create a centralized monitoring mechanism and performance dashboard for all activities transitioned to SSC as against the agreed KPIs and SLAs
    Follow-up with units and IT team to monitor the progress of pending process issues and status of resolution and update the same on a weekly basis.
    Work along with team leads to review process and deliverables mechanism defined to the SSC and identify scope of improvements in terms of process corrections / enhancements and productivity gains
    Work along with team leads to analyze potential scope for new activity migration to SSC and to define / identify associated deliverables from the SSC.
    Continuous review of agency volume trends and provides recommendations for resource alignments accordingly.


    AP Workflow Standarization and upgradation :

    Review existing AP workflow and suggest improvements to bring efficiency
    Standardize AP workflow across units
    Supplier portal technology to support onboarding, self-service data entry, tax identity collection, vendor master record, and vendor communications (AP Automation)
    Implement invoice workflow automation through OCR and RPA technology


    Location : Pune (eventually location will be shifted to Mumbai or Chennai in a year's time)
