1. Job Responsibilities
Serving as a channel between Internal & External teams through which requirements flow
Overseeing implementations and ensuring seamless transition of requested changes between the relevant teams
Project management skills including timely follow ups with business, technical and other teams involved for on time completion of tasks
Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system
Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to perform on assigned task and ensure completion with minimal supervision
Business facing experience & strong communication skills
Ability to analyze and comprehend data and generate reports
2. Skills and Qualification required
1. Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline, with good academic profile
5+ years working in Salesforce platforms including Apttus Contract Management experience
Good understanding of Apttus capabilities, out of the box components vs custom components
Experience supporting legal-related technology projects
Prior experience of Business facing roles
Prior experience of working in Complex Projects
SFDC and / or Apttus CLM Certification (desired but not a requirement)
Data analysis and reporting
Ability to capture and document business requirements
Proactive in coordination and communication with stake holders for timely completion of the tasks
