    Job Description
    Presales :-
    Lead Generation, Interacting with the potential clients. Submission of the proposals, negotiation and finalization of the contract.
    Working on RFIs and RFPs and preparing commercials as per clients requirement.
    Handling and preparing commercials for Soft services as well as Hard Services.
    Work closely with internal teams to present the right solution to each prospect.
    Managing entire communication process with clients, gathering requirements, assistance in all client enquiries and provide best suitable quotes for their respective requirements.
    Provide feasible solutions towards client services thereby creating efficiency and saving cost.
    Providing data, detailing the business activities and performance against targets.
    Developing and growing long term business and building brand awareness.
    Preparing, maintaining and updating a detailed database of existing clients and integrators.
    Identify and build strong rapport with key decision makers for large proposals.
    Proper follow ups for better customer relationship and also for renewals.
    To profitably grow the business in accordance with the business plan - ensuring the growth of existing business and preparing documentation and e-submission of the same as well as physical hard copy submission.
    Manage the existing client accounts and establish solid work relationships.
    Handling existing clients contract renewal , providing them the quotations and following up on the same for the closure.
    Facility Management:
    Adroit in managing facility management operations- soft services.
    To ensure entire gamut of office administration and facilities management are delivered efficientlyHousekeepingServices, office maintenance, guest house management, travel, soft services.
    Managing weekly, monthly and annual activities & preparing reports.

    Vendor Management:
    Order distribution, consolidated billing and significant enhancements in reporting capability that outperforms manual systems and processes.
    Managing vendors and measure their effectiveness in recruiting according to the client's standards and requirements.
    Finding the best suppliers of vendors according to the client's requirements.
    Creating a scope-of-work document that outlines the program details, budgets and metrics.
    Maintaining good communication to avoid any type of confusion.
    Client Management:
    Manage the existing client accounts and establish solid work relationships.
    Contract Renewals: Pan India offices
    Responsible for vendor contracts and contract renewals for Apple PAN India offices.

    Documentation, Reports, trackers and analysis:
    Preparing and implementing weekly, monthly and yearly reports and trackers and data analysis.

    Qualification : Any Graduate / Postgraduate

    Experience :Minimum 5 year with good communication skills.

    Working Days & Timing: 5 days (Mon-Fri) & 9:30 am 6:00 pm

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.
    Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.
    Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable Candidates
    Based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.
    Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.
    Orient The Candidates on Interview process and Closure.
    Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business.
    Responsible for constant interaction with clients & VMS.

    Personal Skill Sets:
    Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their resource and contributing to their growth.
    Build excellent customer relationships in the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide quality consulting to them, so they can see the value
    Responsible for Account Management, Team Handling, maintaining all Vendor Contacts
    Well aware of Temporary Staffing -Maintain relations with the existing clients.
    Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
    Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
    Good presentation skills and pleasing personality.
    Should be enthusiastic and a go-getter

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,50,000 PA.
