    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for young and energetic professionals for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER( I.T. SALES ).

    EXPERIENCE: 1  + years sales experience especially in IT services 
    ( Website Sales, Digital Marketing Sales. )


    SKILLS: Strong sales skills, Customer Relationship Management, Communication Skills, Traveller, Self Starter / Self Motivated, Negotiation Skills, Ownership and Accountability.

    * Team handling 

    *Prospecting. Client Meetings with Team and Individual. Presentation.

    *Field/Online Sales.

    *Close sales deals with the customer.

    *Maintaining follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline.

    *Explain the tech product in detail. If needed, give them a product demo/training.

    *Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients.

    Required Candidate profile

    Good technical knowledge & leadership quality are the basic requirement Experience especially in IT services ( Web development Sales, Website selling, E-commerce Website Sales, Digital Marketing Sales  etc. ) is mandatory.

    • Identify methods to generate leads and inquiries.
    • Identify business opportunities with new clients & existing clients for extended products(up-selling/ cross-selling).
    • Create an effective pipeline for customers in his territory, and managing the same.
    • Must possess strong customer and negotiating skills.
    • Explore new market's to penetrate the company services.
    • Pragmatic in problem solving with innovative approach.
    • Should be a versatile team player with good communication and inter personnel skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
    • Self-motivated and quick learner.
    • Must be able to create good presentations.
    • Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate.
    • Strong ownership attitude. You should be able to take responsibility for the role.
