    - CIF SSC Projects Supervisor will be part CIF BPM DT central team in defining, delivery and implementing performance projects (to implement new processes into CIF SSCCER)
    - He / She performs the job within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, BV HSE Requirements, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
    Major Responsibilities
    - Performance projectsSupport Performance projects upon direction of CIF BPM DT central team
    - Be the performance project manager for transition of new processes within SSC and global performance projects
    - Support CIF Performance projects (requirements review and validation, UAT, assessment)
    - Organize interactions with CIF BPM DT central team and business owners - Define monitor and implement Performance projects - Define CIF SSC operational instructions (inputs to operations based on target
    processes, operating instructions, SLA) - Manage PCM (Bureau Veritas Core Production tools) usage for both CIF SSC and CIF
    network - Monitor and secure proper implementation of PCM processes within CIF CER - Ensure CIF users have a proper knowledge of PCM tools and target processes - Liaise with ISM support - Centralize PCM change requestsdefine and follow up implementation of change
    requests - Support CIF Performance - CER PCM user requests qualification - Manage the successful deployment of existing Business solutions. - Review PCM implementation through country visit as deemed necessary by the CIF
    GSL. - Product codes management - Review BV product code updates received from network and liaise with ISM for
    updates - Periodic communication with network stakeholders for CER product codes
    - Performance projects management of new project/ process in CIF as per plan - Full Compliance with target processes, CIF SSC operational instructions, BV
    - internal and external requirements (clients, accreditation bodies, technical - direction) - Complete , up to date, consistently stored documentation
    - Data quality and integrity in PCM tools - Improvements in CIF SSC performance against CIF SSC SLA, Quality, Productivity - Concise and timely communication with the stakeholders and other team members
    - Graduate. ; Any specialization - At least 2 -3 years related functional experience - Hands on experience in working on Web sites and other digital platforms - Advanced Skills in Powerpoint Presentations - Knowledge in graphic designing is preferable - Experience in administrative operations of back-office, Sales and Marketing
    processeand / or experience with Enterprise tools would be a strong plus
    The candidate must have: Ability to understand high level topics and strategic messages in order to revamp PPT presentations, autonomy, project coordination, confidentiality.
    - Excellent communication skills in Englishoral and written - Familiar with printers, scanners and cameras, as these tools are also used often in
    the graphic design field - Ability to create high quality and world class documents - Ability to read and summarize the expectations - Expert skills in PowerPoint - Ability to work under pressure and adhering to deadlines - Ability to work on multiple campaigns at one time - Skills to collaborate with global/ regional/ local colleagues as part of a physical or
    virtual team - Good attention to detail and accuracy
