Qualification Graduate, Preferably Post Graduate
Relevant Experience 6-7 years of Banking experience
Functional Competencies Selling skills, Negotiation Skills, Team Handling
Financial Responsibilities Devise action plan for the Branch and ensure that Liabilities business -(Book size of CASA, yield, fee based income and Business quality) targets for the Branch is met.
Setting liabilities acquisition targets for the team.
Responsible for visiting critical clients along with Team Leaders and FOS as well as meeting with industry associations to help in building affiliations.
Sales Conduct market surveys and visualize products or its variants directed to meet the needs of the population of functional Area
Build a robust liabilities base for the branch in terms of numbers and volumes
Build the Channel: Sales Strategy for maximizing CASA sales and penetration
Conceptualize and execute periodic sales campaigns and product promotions including participation in rural melas and district programmes
Mapping the market demands to available suite of products and ensuring sales
Cross sell Trade Finance/Insurance products to increase fee-based income through SME business
Non Financial Responsibilities
Operation Responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience while on boarding accounts at the branch as well as smooth and efficient transactions for all customers.
People Management Responsibilities also include motivating as well as maintaining productivity of FOS team.
Also responsible for the effective hiring, training and retention of Team Leaders and FOS.
Placement of Team leader(s) through appropriate arrangement in consultation with BM
Train the team members at periodic intervals in New products, features and competition
Ensure team strengths are maintained at approved levels and Manage attritions through motivation and job satisfaction
Ensure high levels of business productivity amongst team members
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities Maintain Co-ordination between Branch Manager and Banks other departments
Effective follow up and taking regular reviews of team members to ensure meeting of business goals
Maintain highest standards of post sales contacts and service to key customers
Ensure ethical practices in acquisition and servicing
Provide product improvement feedback to Branch Manager/Product Manager
Responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch or location in order to grow the Retail Liabilities business. Is responsible for expansion of business relationships and increase business from the existing relationships and Deepening the customer relationships
Supporting team members in achieving high calling and conversion rates.
Originate, Coordinate and Support sales campaigns & promotions of products
