Job Description Execute Brand Engagement strategy in channel to reinforce image.
Planning and recruitment of required BE personnel, to support the annual marketing plan.

Work with multiple internal and external teams to ensure BE strategy is executed in a streamlined manner.
Work in close coordination with sales team to execute strategy across geographies. Work with Brand Engagement team and procurement team to execute program objectives in line with agreed terms.
Work with procurement, operations teams and selected vendors to ensure availability of working tools to carry out activities as planned.


Working in close coordination with the activation agency to ensure smooth execution of program deliverables. Coordination with agency on all facets of program execution such as recruitment of FWPs, stock availability, availability of engagement tools, deployment of training, in market delivery, closure and reconciliation of working tools.

Deploy training programs to ensure the delivery of brand messaging in a relevant, impactful and engaging way . This will include assisting BE Manager in development of training modules. Scheduling and managing training sessions in appropriate locations on an as per need basis.Support BE Manager in content strategy and development for increase in quality of engagement with adult smokers in various channels.


Work in close coordination with LAMP access agency, develop an outlet deployment plan for BE personnel for each cycle and geography, based on business opportunity available, to ensure the most optimum use of resources.This includes - type of outlets targeted for each brand cycle, the location focus of activity, the activity timings, outlet coverage per day and routing to enable effective coverage with minimum 'down time' for personnel. Ensure activity plans are in line with overall business objectives identified for different geographies. Maintain excellent knowledge of the territory and propose new key LAMP locations to be visited regularly. Use available sources of information to segregate LAMPs as high, medium and low basis location, premiumness and footfall.

Thorough monitoring of all in market activities. Liasion with sales team to ensure availability of outlets for conducting the activation. Further, driving sales team to frequently visit activities in market.
Conduct in market checks to measure activity performance. Work very closely on a daily basis with 3rd party people part of the BE team in different geograpahies, to achieve deliverables for the overall team
