    Job Description:

    A full time Business Analyst to support SPT Marketing team in a broad range of tasks including data research and analysis to support business operations, develop recommendations to solve problems and issue related to business operations, create tools using VBA in MS Excel and MS Access.

    Required Skills / Experience

    • 2-4 years of previous experience working in analytical role.
    • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Access, VBA coding is a must.
    • Strong verbal and written communication in English
    • Solid problem solver
    • Positive attitudes towards problems and likes challenges
    • Strong analytical capabilities with attention to details, thoughtful in considering all aspects of the problem and potential solutions
    • Intellectually curious eager to learn, quick learner and like to ask questions
    • Very organized in both file and data management
    • Strong drive for results with and strong work ethics
    • Ability to work independently and proactively
    • SAP & AS400 experience will be added advantage
    • Interpersonal skills collaborate with diverse multicultural teams.
    • Planning and project management skills through careful prioritization, manage multiple projects to deliver within agreed timeframes.
    Some of the roles and responsibilities:

    • Identify data and reporting tools necessary to/and perform business, financial and data analysis. Develop reporting/analysis for product manager, sales, and/or customers. Communicate the results of the business, financial and data analysis.
    • Work directly with internal teams (such as Sales, Inventory Management, Finance) to provide intermediate level analysis and reporting as necessary.
    • Develop and analyze scorecards, providing insight into trends or unusual performance.
    • Organize, plan and recommend analysis and reports consistent with continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Recommend, develop, create and implement standard reporting for routine business reports. Recommend, develop, create and implement ad hoc reports as business conditions necessitate.
    • Monitor for data accuracy, timeliness and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting. Communicate to appropriate personnel if data inaccuracies exist.
    • Ensure follow-up so that analysis and reporting outcomes are reviewed and implemented.

    Educational Qualification :

    • Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree
    • Masters in Business and Administration ( Healthcare Management/Administration is a strong advantage)
    • Knowledge of SAP & AS400 will be added advantage
    • Ability to extract, analyze and report on data required & previous experience working with databases strongly preferred.

    Work Experience:

    • 2-4 years of relevant experience
