    Sunstream Global Technologies is one of the fastest growing Engineering & Design services firm based in Koramangala, Bangalore. We are looking for talented, energetic, ambitious & self-motivated individual to join our passionate Business Development team. 

    In this position you will be interacting with corporate executives (CXO/VP/Director) across North America understanding their business challenges and suggesting Sunstream solutions accordingly. If you are a performer then there are plenty of opportunity to learn, earn & fast phase your career. You will be trained, coached but expected to give your best effort to achieve individual & team goals. You must be comfortable to work in US shift (3:30 pm to 1 am IST)

    Responsibilities:
    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest using linkedin & other related tools.
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
    • Source new sales opportunities through targeted calls
    • Understand customer needs and pain points
    • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure
    • Perform effective online presentation to prospects
    • Manage & report weekly/monthly target achievements

    Requirements:
    • 0-1 years of relevant experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are must
    • Previous inside sales experience will be ideal
    • Strong phone handling and convincing skills
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • BE/B.Tech with knowledge of product development & Engineering Services is a plus
    • MBA will be an added advantage

Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
