    Our Sales team thrives being on the front lines, generating leads and prospects, selling a bouquet of products, solutions and services, closing deals and making money! We are looking for a high energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of success selling in the tech solutions space to join this elite team as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate has enterprise level software solutions sales experience in the retail industry and will be responsible for selling solutions to small, medium and large business enterprises. The Business Development Executive manages sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. The BDE also participates in finding leads, in the development of presentations and sales propositions, negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. This is a perfect opportunity to make a jump to a rapidly growing tech company.

    Collaborate with Demand Generation and Account Executives to build a qualified pipeline of customers.
    Responsible for prospecting and hunting to find new business, driving existing leads through cold-calling. Cold call into targeted accounts and follow up in in-bound leads, identify target markets, develop leads and directly prospect into those accounts.
    Daily visit minimum 5-7 potential clients. Make cold calls, send introduction emails, company profile to the customers and use other marketing methods to drive the business.
    Create a minimum of 3 qualified opportunities per business day.
    Meet your monthly quota and activity metrics, Attend team meeting and all trainings, perform other duties as requested by management.
    Must be a go getter. Willing to travel extensively and has a good knowledge about the territory.
    Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate Product Manager.
    Map key stakeholders, technical requirements and business process on all deals.
    Drive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects initiated by sales management.
    Manage a database of leads, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.
    Proficient in identifying key decision makers in other organizations within the accounts to find additional sales opportunities.
    Generate reports as required regarding lead qualifying activity.

    Active listener and articulate communicator.
    Ability to uncover prospect needs and properly qualify accounts.
    Use bond and rapport to develop consultative relationships with executives.
    Highly organized with superb time management skills.
    Must be proficient in the local language and should posses strong knowledge of your respective territory. Excellent written communication skills required. Persons who know multiple languages will be given weightage.
    Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) should be mandatory.
    Must possess a two wheeler and have a valid driving license.
