    Ascentrik research is looking for dynamic business development professionals to grow its client base into more International markets and be able to contribute in its growth. This position is for a BDE -Sales with minimum 2-3 years experience in B2B Sales for International Markets reporting into Business Development Manager. The candidate must have experience in SALES department of a B2B Market research / Data Research & Analytics/ Lead Generation company & also worked in either USA, Europe or Asia Pacific markets. The candidate should be ready to work in shifts as desired.

    Duties:

    • Planning, developing and implementing effective sales strategy
    • Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
    • Monitoring ongoing marketing activity, keeping accurate marketing database and highlighting where variances occur.
    • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
    • Identify target markets and analyze current market trends. Experience in building marketing data as per region & target requirements.
    • International Cold Calling Experience/Database Harvesting and Mass mailing as a part of sales.
    • Be able to target clients methodologically and evaluate marketing/sales campaigns.
    • Network with individuals and businesses to generate and identify business opportunities
    • Experience in writing/pitching formal presentations & client proposals
    • Establish, maintain and build potential client relationships and try to acquire more business from them either by referrals or identification of new scope.
    • Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.
    • Must work to develop and maintain international business contacts.

    • Must have worked in a KPO industry
    • Must be flexible in working APAC/US/UK shifts time as and when required

    • Foreign language (German/French) would be beneficial but not mandatory.
