    Hiring for Business Development Executive.

    Designation will be BDE or Senior BDE.

    Candidates with whitepaper lead generation (B2b) experience please don't apply.

    Experience :
    1 to 3 Years

    You will be Responsible for :
    • Achieving qualified outbound leads as per targets from assigned vertical.
    • Good understanding of US Market and geography.
    • Use methods of cold calling, emails, LinkedIn etc to generate leads
    • Nurture qualified leads to RFP
    • Coordinating withCEO / COO / BDM, pre-sales, solutioning teams before and after the meetings
    1. Expertise in cold calling to the US market and setting appointments
    2. Ability to learn Industry vertical and software development services
    3. Ability to do non-scripted conversations with prospects.
    4. Ability to sell, nurture and follow-up consistently.
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    6. Ability to do primary and secondary research for accounts using online portals.
    7. Knowledge of sales process/cycle and business development .
    Shift Timings- US Shift, (6:30 pm - 3:30 am)

    Salary- Good hike on CTC + Uncapped Incentives
