    Position Description:

    As a startup organization, we are looking for candidates whose focus is on managing and acquiring new clients for the organization and maintaining a very long and fruitful relationship with them. Each position holder will be individually responsible to generate revenue, maintain client relations & retention, and selling of product via referral from existing clients.

    Job Summary: Field Sales

    1. Generate and identify new business leads from the target customers.
    2. Set up a meeting for a demo of our product with the client.
    3. Ensure systematic follow up with the client to convert opportunity into time-bound sales closure.
    4. Participation in the promotional activity set up time to time by the organization for creating brand awareness.
    5. Achieving monthly sales revenue target.

    We are also looking for inside sales executive / Telemarketing Executive with 0 - 1 years of work experience.

    Job Description: Telemarketing

    1. Search new market opportunities and pitching desired product/services via calling.
    2. Creating a database of the prospective clients and keeping regular follow up with them.
    3. Building and maintaining a strong relationship with both existing and new clients.
    4. Developing and maintaining the lead database in CRM on the regular basis.
    5. Consistency in overall work performance.

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A. Daily Travel Allowance and Incentives will be given separately from your fixed salary
