    Pepper is looking for energetic, proactive, motivated and hard-working interns to join the team as a Business Development Intern. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess skill related to strategic analysis, marketing and to acquire and manage new client relationships.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Identify companies with content needs and generate business opportunities with them
    Negotiating contracts, deadlines and closing deals
    Creating outreach pitch decks
    Cold-calling and Mailing to convert leads

    The Ideal candidate must
    Pay attention to detail, organisation, and have effective communication skills
    Be interested in project management
    Have superior research skills
    Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines
    Be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision

    Undergraduate and above
    Candidates with business development experience preferred

    Commitment: Full-time (Atleast for two months)

    Location: Navi Mumbai

    Stipend: 5000-10000 / month (negotiable)
