    Job Overview:
    Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
    The BDE will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation.
    Research client business referrals, network and web leads.
    Provide prospective clients with all service offered, and additional presentation as needed.
    Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process.
    Work with senior member to identify and manage risk.
    Research and identify new market opportunities
    Must be energetic, well-spoken and eager to close sales.

    Key Responsibilities :
    Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential for new markets.
    Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities.
    Developing customized targeted sales strategies.
    Maintaining short and long term business development plans
    Understanding client need and offering solution and support.
    Maintaining Fruitful relationship with the existing customers.
    Contacting potential client and establishing rapport and setup meetings
    Developing sales goals for the company and ensure they are met.
    Complete on field sales cycle
    Need to travel as and when required for client visit.

    Skills:
    Strong communication skills and IT fluency
    Must be willing to travel
    Ability to develop good relationship with the current client and potential clients.
    Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
    Flexibility
    Persistence
    Excellent time management and organization.

    Qualification:
    BCS / B.COM / B.tech/B.E
    MBA / PGDM

    0-2 years
