    Vision of Role:
    This Individual will open new business opportunities for the Organization Pan-India in the space of Natural Resources. They will be accountable for identifying, collaborating and conceptualizing the digitalization of the business operations and processes through our IoT platform having a clear and tangible value proposition to all stakeholders (external/ internal).

    Will take ownership and work on the closure of deal in collaboration with the BU Head, Technology and Operations Organization to ensure a holistic approach and value proposition.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Be the support to the Chief Steward of the Natural Resource vertical; ensuring it is well positioned in the market place, and build credible relationships with partners and stakeholders as necessary to grow the BU and in turn, the Organization.
    Will be the face of the Organization to the outside community with respect to any new business opportunities
    Responsible for driving the growth of Rane t4us ecosystem-based solutions and services via new business acquisition while working very closely with the BU Head, Tech Solutioning Team, Operations and other Stakeholders
    Identify and close on new business acquisition via new Customers in the assigned portfolio
    (vertical) and identify further monetization opportunities within the existing Customer base
    Work with a cross-functional team of technical and other experts related to pre-sales activities representing both internal and external requirements to achieve an overall customer strategy aimed towards experience, and value
    Work with the relevant BU Heads to formulate a detailed business plan for the business vertical and update the same regularly in consensus with the BU Head
    Frequently update/ report progress and drive constant touch-base meetings with all relevant stakeholders to ensure collaboration, ideation and progress mapping
    Create defensibility of the eco-system (and, solution) through continuous innovations, eco-system ideation, and making the project execution, mission critical for the Stakeholders
    Work closely with the Marketing Communications team in the creation of relevant collaterals, promotions and awareness of the solutions to the market
    Will be expected to understand the product/ platform/ solution from a technical stand-point in order to ensure a more holistic understanding and concentrated level of success
    Continuous dialogue with the Technology team with regards to product development as well as new features development thru Software teams.

    Preferred Profile:
    5 - 7 Years in Product/ Solution Selling & Marketing space with roles having a high impact on the P&L of an Organization/ BU
    Masters degree in Marketing, Strategy and General Management would be a plus.
    Demonstrated ability to comprehend and discuss intangible concepts and/ or solutions with CXOs, and Customers while not being averse to understand the ground level challenges
    The right Individual should display the ability to meet with and convince multiple sets of diverse stakeholders and leave a strong impression borne out of the Individuals ability to be assertive, confident and speak from complete conviction as the face and voice of the said portfolio (vertical)
    Candidates that are entrepreneurial in nature, with high energy, charisma and fantastic communication and are not afraid of building an entire system from scratch are the kind of Individuals that will crack this job
    An extremely result oriented individual with an inclusive social thread who thrives on a high-pressure environment will feel right at home here
    An Individual who can comprehend and connect (seemingly distinct) dots into a complete and holistic picture will relish the dynamic nature and expectations of this role
    Willingness to travel across India, 10-15 days a month (on need basis)
