    We are an 11 year old IT software product company looking to hire team members to join our Client Acquisition team. The Client Acquisition team works hand in hand with our marketing team to engage with prospective customers. This position will be responsible for helping our prospective clients make purchase decisions to best suit their business needs. Our products have stellar reputation in the market for being innovative, enterprise grade and solution coverage that is not only very broad but very deep. Since we are a SaaS solution, the purchase/sales process involves detailed understanding of customers business process, mapping to our solution to check fitment as well as commercial aspects that may end either in 3 days or in some cases one year. Decision makers are generally Line of Business Heads, CXOs and executive leadership. We regularly compete with not only popular/common software providers but also smaller vendors. The marketplace in which we operate is huge, therefore there are a lot of providers. Our customers include Fortune 500 co.s, large, medium and businesses that have 15 employees too.
    This is a quota/target carrying role and we are looking for bright and talented individuals with experience as well as aptitude to be successful in this very complex role

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

    Ideal candidate has excellent communication, analytical and reasoning skills.
    1. Due to the recruitment process involving multiple rounds we are able to process ONLY LOCAL candidates at this time!
    2. Prior experience in Field Sales is MANDATORY, we are willing to make exceptions for those with strong inside sales background looking to switch to field sales.
    3. This Job is best suited for candidates with experience in the software industry. 
    4. This is TARGET carrying role and involves complex sales process.
