    Objectives of Role
    Well groomed, pleasant individual having strong communication and relationship building & negotiations
    Should be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision to develop business.
    Willing to travel extensively in the assigned territory (inter and intrastate) to generate business.
    Ability to develop ways to reach the top officials/decision makers of companies.
    Ability to conduct primary & secondary research to identify new sectors, markets, and the customer needs.
    Understanding the requirements of the students clearly to offer suitable companies for internships/
    placement throughout the year.
    Developing market knowledge, competition and changing trends for the management.
    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and
    verbal communication skills.
    Must ensure 80% placement rate in the given territory.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
    Researching organizations online to identify new leads and potential new markets
    Develop business opportunities through dedicated prospecting across geography/ market.
    Owns the entire cycle - from lead generation to closure
    Responsible for handling end-to-end business development including proposal writing, client relationship,
    client development and closing the deal independently.
    Creating individual business development plan, pipeline management and forecasting on short-term,
    medium & long-term basis to achieve individual and group targets.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
