    Business Development Manager (Call Center Process) Focus Infoline Pvt. Ltd. Business Development Manager (Call Center Process) Purpose of Role:

    •As the company embarks on the next phase of growth and operations expansion, company is seeking to expand its footprint in US and BPO Services.

    •Helping company expand in the US markets or service offerings (Managed services, BPM, Solutions etc. )

    •The incumbent will own the P&L for his/ her area of expertise and will have complete revenue generation responsibility for the geographical or product/ services area. Job Description:

    •Own the deal right from lead generation to deal closure

    •Market assessment and provide inputs from market to senior management.

    •Help Generate business from US market.

    •Handle RFI/ RFPs, Generating new Business Leads, conducting prospect research, developing & delivering Corporate Presentations.

    •Being involved in interaction with customers at senior levels, will be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals.

    •Identify requirements from customers and match the required Processes to convert the lead to a warm lead / Prospect.

    •Ability to coordinate and write proposals, as and when required.

    •Research and analyze the pain points of a particular organization and make the right pitch at the right level.

    •Relationship Building, Regular Follow up With Clients / Prospect.

    •Preparation of marketing collaterals and presentation, case studies, mailers etc.

    •Market intelligence India market feedback and research on existing clients

    •Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.

    •Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries.

    •Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calling and email.

    •Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

    •Understanding of Client Landscape, Client Organization, and Pain points etc.

    •Use an appropriate pitch to enter an account and identify the right contact in every account.

    •Ask the right questions on outsourcing landscape; uncover any immediate or upcoming business opportunities.

    •Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

    •Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory.

    •Build, manage sales pipeline and close deals. Profile Description:

    •Candidates who have sales target of their own ( not roll up targets)

    •Looking for people who have experience of Sales (from lead generation to deal closure) in BPO sales to Attorney firms.

    •Looking for on ground field sales people not people who manage the Sales people in big companies. Preferably hands on sales people who work for small to medium size companies where brand name does not get them easy access to clients

    •Aptitude and temperament of an entrepreneur who can proactively approach clients and take an opportunity from a possibility to a deal

    •Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions

    •International BPO sales Experience is mandatory.

    •Strong written and verbal communication & technical writing skills.

    •Working knowledge of costing for proposals, versed with contact center requirements of various verticals, good understanding of the domain.

    •Innovative thinker

    •Leadership skills to be able to establish oneself as the strongest voice & respected leader within the organization including effective communication skills, persuasion skills etc.

    •Ability to work under pressure

    •With a pleasing personality and decision making ability in day to day situations.

    •Excellent People Management & leadership qualities.

    •Well versed with Power Point.

    •Flexible in terms of working time & role definitions/ responsibilities and willing to go extra mile as needed to produce effected results as expected from this role
