    Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory) :4 Years of experience in Institutional Sales/ Enterprise Sales/Channel Sales in Education Sector

    Role & Key Responsibilities:
    To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales, Revenue and collection targets for "School/College Products in allocated Territory
    Approaching new colleges/schools for Integrated Programs or Tie Ups and Acquisition of New Customers to achieve sales targets
    Maintaining good relationship with existing colleges/schools and penetrating cross sale and up sales opportunities
    Giving product presentations, sending business proposals, pricing negotiations, regular follow ups and closing the deals
    Understanding the market potential, analyze market trends, tracking competition activities, customer Interactions & feedback on Product
    Organizing effective BTLs activities create funnel and provide product demos
    Reporting and MIS for Funnel management through automated system
    Creating weekly and monthly reports and sending across various departments of the organization

    Key Attributes
    High energy/ Passionate- Exposure to local territory is a must
    Hard Core Institution /Enterprise Sales Personnel with good experience and connect in both K2 and college experience
    Ready to travel in the territory market - Be market, customer and solution oriented with a Positive Mind-set towards "College/School Business"
    Resourceful, dynamic, strategic thinker and independent with Strong Analytical Skills and Financial acumen.
    Capable of developing and closing all kind of account independently with a Strong Process orientation and Relentless Drive to deliver on time. - "Self discipline and drive" to achieve the biz results
    Good English Communication skills; Aggressive & Self motivate, Diligent and Passionate to Sell
