    Brilliant Infotech Inc, a leading IT Products and Services provider in NY Metro area is looking for dynamic IT Staffing Business Development Managers - BDM for the Pune, India and Noida, India locations.
    The candidate needs to be experienced Hunter / Sales Professionals with 5-10 years of proven business development background within staffing industry.
    Ideal candidate will have previous experience selling contract, contract to hire and direct hire staffing solutions to clients in the US Markets.

    Responsibilities :
    Bring in new contracts and logos for Staff Augmentation.
    Should have "Book of Business"
    Have a record of success in sales role selling staffing or other professional services into fortune 500 client base.
    Responsible for establishing new client relationships through cold calls, networking and strategic sales activities
    Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with potential customers
    Responsible for sales tracking
    Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
    Developing relationship with C-Suite executives, hiring managers, directors and HR managers to secure qualified job requirements.
    Ability to generate new leads and clients.
    The position would be remote for couple of months, before the in office operations in July/Aug.

    Qualifications :
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or similar fields
    proven track record of professional sales with established credibility in past successes
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    The candidate should be Technology/ Computer / Social media savvy
    Compensation is a mix of base plus incentive on targets achieved. Looking for highly motivated achievers!

    Location : Pune, India , Noida, India (WFH initially for 2-3 months for the Pune location), US Eastern Time Zone
