    Taking daily reports from every outlet
    Ensuring the staff is trained to handle the outlet
    Regular supplies stock statements updates
    Taking feedback from clients
    Improving the sales of the outlets
    Supply side issue resolution
    Marketing support
    Finance tracking on a weekly basis

The company is opening a chain of outlets called DosaKarts, these outlets are under the franchisee mode of operation, and the company plans to open upward of 100 outlets in the next few months.
