    Dear All,

    We are having urgent openings for BDM for Bangalore location.

    PFB details for the same:

    Roles & Responsibilities for BDM:

    • Identifying and developing new clients for our Recruitment solutions & Value-added hiring solutions.
    • Generating leads by cold calls, assessing opportunities and providing value proposition to the clients.
    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
    • Adhere to lead generation of weekly/monthly billing targets.
    • Handling existing client accounts, initiating new businesses with the same and monitoring the resource allocation for different projects.
    • Coordinating with different departments in regards to responses if any.
    • Utilizing exemplary research and analysis skills to develop marketing strategies and business plans.
    • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Attending client meetings & conferences
