    Bring in New business aggressively for Temporary, contingent, permanent, Contract to Hire etc
    Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
    Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
    Build and Maintain Relationship with New Clients For Repetitive Business
    Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets
    Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
    Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers
    Maximize your sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients
    Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    Achieve agreed revenue goals/profitability targets/share and personal development goals
    Client Management, delivery management
    Direct or indirect Team management to ensure adherence to client commitments
    Identification of internal needs and hiring team as and when requirement
    Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
    Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
    Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
    Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
    Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
    Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.
