    Business Development Manager Telecom & IT Sales
    We offer the most comprehensive

    We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated sales people who will be responsible for establishing business relationships and making sales to senior level management within an assigned territory.
    The successful candidate will be responsible for hunting for new business customers through effective prospecting and account management, along with working their existing client base.
    This candidate understands how to drive loyalty by developing long lasting business partnerships with clients, prospects, and partners alike. You know how to align complex technology solutions to meet business goals and objectives through effective problem solving selling. The ideal candidate will be hired on a contracted bases.
    The expected time of work is IST 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. In another words we work from 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST as we are located in Toronto, Canada.

    Responsibilities:
    Contributes to the successful increase in revenues by developing lasting relationships with key decision makers.
    Understand your clients needs and develop the best growth strategy for them.
    Focus on continually increasing customer satisfaction.
    Contribute to the success of the company by maintaining an awareness and knowledge of competitors strategies.
    Manage and report sales activities to sales management
    Business to business sales in Toronto, Canada
    Inbound and outbound calling. However, mainly outbound calling
    Job titles that you will be calling will be President, CEO, and CFO of mid-size business. For larger business you will be calling Director of IT level.
    You will be required to put together proposals to send to customers and support our sales people.
    Your chief responsibility would be the main point of contact to the customer where based on their requirements you will bring in specialist in different areas of telecommunication that includes voice, date, network. Team work is essential.

    Qualifications:
    Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are a requirement.
    Previous telecommunication experience is preferred but not a must. Must have 3 Plus job experience.
    Ability to sell solutions. Must demonstrate that they have the ability to do Webex
    Must be efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement
    We require you to do 70 calls per day.
    Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
    Must be strong prospecting /hunting; negotiating skills; and building relationship skills.
    Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding client objectives will be an asset.
    University / College graduate is a requirement
    Must be team player with initiative and good interpersonal & communications skill
    Outgoing, strong work ethic, self-motivated.
    Results-oriented and desire for success
    The candidate will be required to provide a passport either now or in the future.
