    Be a Sales Hunter and generate new business and be responsible for new client acquisitions
    Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients (Tier-1 / System Integrators / Implementation Partners / Direct Clients / MSP/VMS providers)
    Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with Clients and Vendors to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing
    Generate business from new accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships and demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques into securing profitable business
    Must be able to hit the ground running and acquire new clients and/or new business via various channels, add company to vendor lists, generate solid requisitions for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions and thus drive revenues
    Must have excellent existing client relationships, network and referrals within US IT Staffing Industry and be able to build upon new accounts,
    Well versed with all the Staffing processes to generate requirements and develop Clients
    Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve agreed upon goals of company.
    Prospect and build new business opportunities with key decision makers and managers

Salary: INR 3,25,000 - 8,25,000 PA.
