    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    We have an urgent opening for a Business Development Manager in Facility Management sector in Mumbai and in other Prime metro sectors of India

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Work with management team to identify and evaluate the market, new target clients
    Work with industry leads/senior management team to develop and implement strategic sales
    Make cold calls and have an effective follow-up strategy
    Identify and target specific new profitable business opportunities
    Initiate and complete proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
    Generate and follow-up on leads for new inquiries and undertake meetings with potential clients to explain profitable business opportunities
    Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions for increasing the closures
    Develop new business opportunities and strategic sales initiatives Integrators, while maintaining B2B relationships
    Meet goal and metrics
    Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
    Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws


    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

    Should have 2 to 5 yrs experience in Business Development in Facility Management industry
    Good understanding of facility management
    At least 2 to 3 yrs hardcore sales experience in facility industry
    Ability to meet sales targets and goals
    Familiarity with local market or prior experience in Facility industry is a big plus
    Ability to assess business opportunities and persuade clients
    Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company services against direct and indirect competitors
    Should be result driven and customer focused
    Excellent communication skills and communication standards

    Education = Min. Graduate + Management Degree / PGD would be an advantage
    Experience = Min 3Years
    Age = Below 50Years
    Salary = Would be the best in industry for deserving candidate
