    Job Purpose:

    - To drive client P&L

    Four factor approach:

    - Customer Acquisition - Gaining market share in Chennai and Bengaluru by adding New sales

    - Customer Retention - Retaining existing customers by renewals

    - Supply Chain - Close monitoring and solving issues of Last mile delivery and pickups

    - Leadership

    Primary duties and responsibilities:

    Biglaundry.com, a Butterfly initiative, has been conceptualized to bring to your doorstep laundry services at the click of a button. Our vision is to give our customers a hassle-free, never before laundry service experience. Without having to step out or look for laundries or drycleaners.

    The company has an excellent Quality, Customer service and Care team focused on mission to solve customers- laundry and dry cleaning problems.

    Strengths:

    - We offer a relatively new, door-to-door pick-up and delivery service for dry cleaning, and laundry, providing another choice for customers.

    - We provide quick and convenient service in order to save customer's time.

    Client provides the following services for customers with free home pick-up and delivery in Chennai, Bengaluru, Pondicherry, Erode, Madurai, Coimbatore, Cochin and Vellore.

    - Dry cleaning

    - Laundry for personal clothes and large items such as blankets, duvets, curtains, etc.

    - The Business Head will control all business aspects of client. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the big picture in a variety of settings. They will take actions to enhance the company's cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective. The goal is to drive the company's business plan and guide it towards long-term success.

    - Accountable for the P & L of the business

    - To provide leadership and strategic planning to an established team with a focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.

    - Responsible for all aspects of operations including logistics, Customer Relations, Customer Retention, people, financial performance, and process management whilst supporting Business Development and contract negotiations.

    - Driving growth through business development, while exceeding the expectations of customers along with other initiatives

    - Ensuring optimum profitability and customer outcomes

    - Providing inspirational leadership, building a high performance team

    - Contributing to the business' strategic planning

    - Focusing on driving efficiency

    - Building and maintaining a value added partnership with our clients

    - Perform other duties as and when assigned
