An exciting job opportunity with a leading global Credit Bureau & Information Services company involved in providing data and analytical tools to clients around the world . For this leadership profile our clients are looking for tenured professional who comes from Fintech or Bureaus largely with varied experience in Lending, Digital Business in a B2B2C scenario. They are looking for professional with minimum of 15 years of diverse experience in building new businesses, products, managing teams, P&L and business portfolios in areas of fintech, digital transformations, banking, financial services and process consulting . Enjoy developing and scaling up new businesses, products and processes. You would be responsible for defining the vision of Consumer (Credit Services) Business for India, along with driving sales teams with extensive stakeholder management and client interactions.

You will be Responsible For:
  • Undertaking the responsibility of providing strong leadership and direction to the Consumer (Credit Services) India business with overall responsibility for driving revenue growth.
  • Clearly defining the goals and objectives and the future vision of the business along with executing the strategy along with the team.
  • Motivating and driving the consultative selling team to build deep relationships ta CXO level and generating new opportunities for Cross selling & Business development by Hunting and Farming in terms of New (potential clients) and Current clients.
  • Managing the sales team and leading in creating excellent & customized sales propositions for clientele for B2B. Plus, creating consumer proposition with business offerings to develop B2C business
  • Owning & managing the P&L and ensuring revenues, cost budgets for the team are aligned with overall business strategy
  • Driving initiatives to improve performance where appropriate including improving operational efficiency.
  • Delivering reports for Bureau for monitoring repayment track record of Banking customers pertaining to various products in the portfolio
The Successful Candidate:
  • A Post graduate with 15+ yrs from Fintech or Credit Bureau with extensive experience building new businesses, products, managing teams, P&L and business portfolios in areas of fintech, digital transformations, banking, financial services and process consulting.
  • A tenured professional who comes from Fintech or Bureaus largely with varied experience in Lending, Digital Business in a B2B2C scenario A visionary leader with a commercial mind-set and proven track record of P&L management and driving business performance in a client centric environment.
  • An subject matter expert in usage of Credit bureau products in organizations, someone who understands consumer lending business with exposure in digital consumer faced business.
  • Strong experience in driving core sales team and generating revenue by developing sales propositions for existing and potential clients.
  • A leader with good presentation, communication, negotiation skills
  • Passionate, Aggressive & Go getter attitude with team management experience.
