    Responsibilities Include :

    - Function as CRM Solution Architect, responsible for overall solution design including all SFDC components, integration and reporting

    - Customize Salesforce.com including fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards

    - Develop and maintain custom code using Visual force/Apex/API to meet user requirements

    - Design and build custom solutions on Force.com platform a Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization with business users a Provide on-going support and system administration Knowledge.

    - Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration vs. customization

    - Provide advice on best practices and approaches to technology teams and internal business clients

    - Resolve enterprise issues related to IT architecture

    - Will analyze and review technical architecture and present architecture options and recommendations.

    - Work with infrastructure teams to develop solutions

    - Lead development teams to deliver full lifecycle SFDC implementations from inception to rollout, including code reviews

    - Perform gap analysis between SFDC capabilities and client requirements

    - Write comprehensive design specifications (functional specifications and solution/technical design document)

    - Strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT architecture.

    - Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.

    What you should have :

    - Bachelor Degree or above in relative discipline

    - Min 5 years of overall experience with atleast 3 years direct experience designing & implanting Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.

    - Salesforce certified advanced developer (Dev 501) is a must

    - Experience with the Salesforce web services API integration via MuleSoft is a must

    - Strong understanding and driving development, delivery efforts through Agile Methodology

    - Hand on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, & EAI process

    - Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies

    - Application customization, Reporting tools, Data import/export tools

    - Strong relational database background/understanding.

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing is required.

    - Ability to provide advice on best practices and approaches to the team and the client.
