    We urgently require Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Technical Support)
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.

    Friendly Working Environment Candidate Profile:

    Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months- 1 year
    Must know how to close their own calls.
    Must have good convincing and sales skills.
