Cafe Manager is the No.1 leader of a designated restaurant. He/She is responsible for Running Great Restaurants through-
Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour , ordering food & supplies & developing restaurant team.
Ensure statutory compliance by maintaining registers and licences.
Control P&L by following cash/control security procedures, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Recruit, Interview & hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take discipline action, motivate & train.
Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, & grounds through the use of a Preventive Maintenance Plan based on company standards.
Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
Ensure complete & timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behavior of the team
Required Candidate profile
Candidate should possess relevant experience in handling customer and service.
Should have good communication skills,
Ability to handle Elite segment customers, well groomed.
