    We are a farm mechanization company presently catering to end to end rice harvesting solutions.

    Farmer- The Customer- We provide best in class mechanized rice harvesting services

    through our vast machine owner and highly skilled driver network.

    Machine Owner- The Partner- We ensure high utilization rates for harvesting machines

    thereby promising higher turnovers to our partners. Our trained team of professional drivers

    also ensure the machines are taken care of and used with utmost responsibility.

    Call Centre Manager- Roles & Responsibilities

    Continuously monitor and manage the performance of CC Agents

    Verify and approve all MIS/ reports created by CC Agents to utmost accuracy

    Keep CC Agents well connected with all kinds of field level information

    Manage bookings and schedules without any conflicts/ upsets with inputs from field teams

    Verify and Approve all customer/ machine owner communication in form of SMS/ Calls

    Candidate Profile & Expectations

    Graduate from a recognised institute

    Good communication skills

    Ability to manage and get the best out of a team

    Well versed with MS Office

    Well versed with English, Tamil and Telugu languages ( Speaking Proficiency)

    Prior call centre experience is a plus
