Job Description
Domain Knowledge:
ISO 26262 Parts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and supporting clauses.
Matlab/Simulink, MagicDraw/SysML.
Role & responsibilities :
Work with D&R engineers and customer team based out of Dearborn, USA to support the development and lead the analysis of functional safety for different technologies.
Lead and perform functional safety analysis per ISO 26262 guidelines from Part 2 to Part 6.
Lead development of functional safety concept in MagicDraw/SysML and support integration of the same in Matlab/Simulink enevironment.
Support development of functional safety concept by supporting simulations and analyzing vehicle test data.
Must have:
Minimum 8 year's work experience in systems level functional safety analysis per ISO 26262.
Proven experience in implementing functional safety concepts.
Proven experience in performing safety-oriented analysis such as FTA, DFMEA and DFA.
Experience in general automotive ECUs, components, features, and operations to work with safety critical systems
