About the Job: The job requires interacting with customers of from around the world primarily over E-mails and Phone calls to ensure all issues are resolved to customer's satisfaction. Job requires you to understand the customer's problems accurately, follow the established procedures to investigate and resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers. You would be working in multi-tasking environment working on multiple customer services and back-office operations at the same time.
- Excellent command over written and spoken English with fluency (NO EXCEPTIONS)

- Typing speed - 35 wpm or more
- International Call Center experience is not required, but will be an added plus

This position is for Blended / voice process in our international BPO office. The Job is primarily email support along with some Chat support and Phone support. Good english communication is a must for this position. Experience in Chat process, email process would help, but its not required. You must have basic skills to handle customer service, and work in a 24x7 environment. We are hiring both Customer Service Executives as well as Senior Customer Service Executives.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. ++ Bonus, Incentives, Mediclaim, Accidental Insurance, meal allowance etc.
