    Job Description

    Set targets for team members, and facilitate their respective achievement
    Provide support and implement plans and activities to help the sales team to achieve monthly target
    Ensure branding of the of the centre (ATL) and ground BTL activation programs.
    Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports related to business.
    Periodic review of team to build more effectiveness in performance and understand their training needs.
    Regular interaction with existing students to enhance good customer relationship.
    Evaluate budget, expenses, return on investment and other financial aspects of the Centre and Optimize profitability.
    Developing, leading and motivating the team.
    Organizing seminars and events in different institute, collage & university and generate business leads.
    Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling
    Motivate & convince potential students to opt for the courses offered by the centre
    Designing Branding and Marketing activities and mapping them to unit wise outputs.
    Launching various promotional strategies in co-ordination with the central marketing team as a result generating business in lean seasons
    Also ensuring business from different channels like Government/Private colleges and various corporate house.

    Candidate must possess:

    Excellent Communication and inter personal skills.
    Person should be dynamic, Approachable.
    Candidates should have experience career counselling or in handling a centre or branch
