Job Title: Channel Manager- Retail Assets Unsecured
Department- Retail Assets - Personal Loans
Reporting To - Area Head Retail Assets Unsecured Loans
To Achieve Retail Assets disbursal volume targets set for the area.
Build Distribution - DSAs and channel partners.
Ensure right quality clients are sourced with NIL/Minimum NPAs
Meet profitability benchmarks in terms of Pricing, Fee Income & Cross Sell.
List in order of importance the major responsibilities of the job and the percentage of time spent on activities/Sub activities.
Sr. Key Responsibilities:
Achievement of Business numbers
Achieve disbursement targets through DSA's
Maintain Pricing & Fee Targets.
Meet the Insurance Penetration Targets
Maintain COA as defined in the target sheet
Appointment Of DSAs / Channel Partners
Acquisition of new DSAs for Business loans and personal loans basis the requisite organizational norms.
Ensuring correct and accurate documentation for the empanelment process
Adherence to all Channel Audit Requirements
Channel Management : -
DSA Management (Managing payouts, new incentive schemes, etc)
Constantly keep the BH and RH updated about new schemes and policies regarding DSAs
followed by competition
Increasing productivity ofDSAs
Training and development of DSAs with regards to New products and policy changes
Ensure Compliance on KYC and PDD's
Ensure organizational lending norms are followed
Ensure right customers are sourced in order to keep NPAs at minimum
Regular tracking of acquired portfolios and ensure minimum risk
Develop good relations with acquired clients and ensure cross sell opportunities are
developed for other products
Experience- Minimum 3-5 yrs work experience in Unsecured Loans acquisition
Essential- Preferably bank.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent rapport building ability
Display ability to plan his work
