    The candidate would be involved in managing end to end responsibility of running business operations for a pharmaceutical distribution setup. The candidate would be required to work closely with all the other functions and the leadership team to ensure complete ownership in managing the operations on the ground. He/she would be responsible for the managing a large team and ensuring that they are motivated while disseminating their responsibilities.

    Few examples of the work streams are:

    Responsible for the overall business strategy formulation & analysis of Topline &
    Bottomline
    Develop Business Strategy for the Sales & Market. Direct control over sales.
    Develop strategies to increase brand visibility. Customer reach.
    Governance of sales operations and sales activity to maintain and grow the market share & help achieve business targets
    Initiate research into customer trends to identify the right products, marketing strategies and markets to target.
    Run operation and simultaneously scaling the operation
    Lead a team of warehouse managers and team lead. Person will be ensuring
    operation with people management of 50+ people.
    Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals.
    Come up with initiatives to optimize cost and efficiencies in the operation
    Ensure that service level for all customers are met with focus
    Build the right culture of Ascent way of working with the wider team
    Analyze data closely to understand trends and opportunities to drive best utilization
    and better industry standards
    Establish SOPs to ensure that standardized processes are created and implemented
    across the organization


    Good to Have :

    Data driven decision maker, proactive and highly enthusiastic towards driving a
    business
    Hands on experience in implementing systems and processes
    Experience in improving operational KPIs
    Experience in working closely with C-level executives

    Candidate Profile:

    Candidate should have worked for at least 3 years in supply chain management/ business operations.
    Should have managed one complete vertical of business.
    Should have managed team of 15-20 people (skilled and unskilled)
    Should be well versed with the use of MS Office
    Start up experience would be preferred
    Age should be less than 40

Salary: INR 4,25,000 - 5,50,000 P.A.
