    Reporting to: Head Sales

    Location: Pune, (MH) India

    Job Responsibilities
    • As a client success partner, you're expected to perform hands-on consultative sales role, representing Clarion to the existing accounts/key customers to achieve growth objectives, customer success.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by studying the customer's business and growth areas, resulting in developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed revenues from the existing accounts.
    • You would be accountable for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
    • You would be accountable for developing a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and clarions delivery teams.
    • Study customer's eco system and showcase Practice/Technology strengths to customer for continuous engagement and Knowledge seeping
    • You would forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly/annual growth/revenue forecasts)
    • You would prepare & publish reports on account status (Growth, Customer Feedback)

    Requirements
    • Proven work experience as an Account manager, Key account manager or other relevant experience from IT/Software industry, spanning across US geography.
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Total Exp: 12-16 years of experience.
    • Technology agnostic
