    Clinical Manager: Any Graduate (Science) + MBA/PGDM (Exp: 4-8 yrs)
    Business Development: Increasing sales, Retaining old patients, increasing footfalls in each clinic
    Medical and health services manager, work as managers in both administrative and medical capacities to ensure that the establishment for which they work runs smoothly.
    Clinical managers often work for doctors' offices, clinics, long-term care facilities, and outpatient facilities. Typical duties of a clinical manager include managing clinical, professional, administrative, and clerical staff; managing the recruitment, development of, and appraisal of staff; overseeing day-to-day management; developing and implementing policies and directives; setting and monitoring budgets; attending meetings; handling communications; and making purchasing decisions.
    Clinical managers are responsible for running many areas of medical establishments and should be comfortable breaking down and delegating tasks when appropriate. An ability to consume, absorb, and analyze large amounts of information will help you in a career in clinical management.
    Monthly maintaining cash Inflow and cash Outflow of all clinics.
    Responsible for Front gate, Narcotics Stocks, archiving where prescription are placed.
    Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Interviews date : 10th or 11th June 2019 between 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
