Create and implement a marketing communications program to increase awareness of and advocacy of NBS services and products across Novartis and measurably enhance user experience and acceptance

Major Accountabilitie s

NBS Service/ Product Marketing & Communications
Align with NBS Domain Heads, Domain LTs and NBS EUX Lead to identify service/ product benefits and user personas; devising suitable engagement tools and communications across NBS Domains
Work with Client Engagement Layer and Design Thinking team to map user interaction points and shape nature and tone of user communications across all interaction points i.e. Helpdesk IVR menu script, Ticket Closure script, Launch mails
Help improve Service Communications across NBS by sensitizing, training & equipping global and local Service Delivery leads under GSOs and GPOs
Help guide NBS CRM strategy
Work with the NBS CSAT team to understand user feedback and tap avenues to close perception gaps, deepen engagement and build advocacy for NBS

Support NBS Transformation Program objectives vis a vis project/ service deployment communications across various Bundles
Supervise and guide all Bundle Comms leads
Enable the NBS Transformation Comms PMO by providing updates on Bundle Comms calendars

Source and manage agencies where appropriate; adhering to budgetary targets

Supervise a team of 5-6 FTEs based across Basel and Hyderabad

Member of the India country communications council comprised of NBS, Pharma, Sandoz, GDD and NTO comms leads for India

Key Performance Indicators

Measurable improvement in NBS service and product acceptance and user feedback
Timely and effective service communications to users for new and existing services/ products across all NBS Domains and top 10 countries
Increased scores across Pulse Surveys, CSAT surveys and reflections via Novartis group channels

Excess of one million USD

Ideal Background

Education MBA or Post-graduate in Advertising & Marketing
Languages: Highly proficient in English (read/write/speak)
Other languages (desirable)

Experience: 16+ years in Marketing Comms, especially in CRM and service/ product communications and brand management
Work experience with Fortune 100 companies

Experience in effectively leading teams in a multinational agency or corporate environment
