We are looking for Consultants with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience, to work in the Healthcare sector practice in Mumbai.
The candidate would work as an integral part of the business consulting team in India alongside clients and other consultants in US from the same practice; performing strategic analyses, leading and directing project work streams and providing business recommendations.
We are looking for a Project Management Professional with experience and (or) understanding in the area of agile and waterfall project management. US Healthcare Industry experience is preferred.
o Bachelor's and (or) Masters degree in administration or a related field, engineering, other professional degrees from reputed institute(s)
o An advanced degree, such as an MBA from a reputed institute
o Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master Certification, CSM, Lean or Six Sigma certification will be preferred
o Leadership and prioritization skills to coordinate large scale business and technology transformations
o Knowledge of developing metrics and measurement indicators to track progress during and after a transformation
o Experience and (or) understanding of tools for business case development, tracking, and management of benefits realization
o Proficiency to create project plans and manage project stakeholders, project teams, risks, schedules and budgets
o Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
o Knowledge or experience with systems integration and conversion
o Knowledge or experience in efficient Change Management methodologies
o Strong verbal as well as written communication and presentation skills, to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
o Experience of engaging with International clients
o Ability to contribute beyond the defined scope of work
o Knowledge of project management tools including but not limited to, MS Project, Rally, MS SharePoint, Project Online as well as reporting tools such as Tableau and MS Excel
Role & Responsibilities
o Planning Management: Develop and maintain project plans that meet organizational objectives and timelines, track milestones and (or) dependencies and manage organizational resources
o Stakeholder Analysis and Management: Develop stakeholder analysis maps that support program execution. Create vendor management frameworks to track and communicate with internal and external vendors throughout the transformation
o Business Case Benefits Management: Maintain and support the tracking of the business case benefits management platform that will support the monitoring and tracking of benefits and KPIs on a regular basis
o Decision Support: Develop prioritization tools and perform analysis that support decision making criteria.
o RAID Management: Proactively manage and mitigate issues and risks. Develop a quantifiable risk assessment model to determine the overall project risk
o Identify dependencies and manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters
o Program Management: Manage work stream and development activities using Agile / Scrum methodologies, SDLC (Waterfall) or a hybrid. Successfully manage the delivery of projects including end-to-end management, from needs analysis and requirements gathering through development and user acceptance testing and training
o Status Reporting: Monitor, manage and communicate the status of active and pending projects to all stakeholders on a regular basis, including business stakeholders and development teams.
Create status reporting dashboards using various tools on a regular basis for leadership steam and automate the process
o Change Management: Design, drive and monitor necessary transitions, and track them to ensure that the project meets its intended outcomes.
